An Artist talk with Rebecca Moseman:
Rebecca’s portraits present the Irish Travelers, a community she has been visiting over the past several years. The Travelers are a proud and reclusive people, maintaining a culture and traditions whose origins are lost in time.
Rebecca will be speaking on her background, career and experiences with the Irish Travelers.
A Virginia native, Moseman received her Master of Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology. Her work has been exhibited throughout the US and abroad and has been featured in numerous publications.
Rebecca’s solo exhibition The Irish Travelers opened November 21st in conjunction with our 3rd Annual Holiday Members’ Show & Sale and is on view now through December 13th.
