Welcome to 2020!  

As I get ready to announce some new and exciting exhibitions and programs coming to the Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts in 2020 I want to remind you that… Our Members’ Holiday Show continues through January 10th  https://www.riphotocenter.org/third-annual-holiday-members-show-sale/.  Feel free to stop in before it’s gone and bring a friend or two. The Exhibition is now paired with the 19 on Paper Portfolio Exhibition https://www.riphotocenter.org/19-on-paper-the-portfolio-exhibition/.  The group exhibits works on paper in a wide variety of media including but not limited to photography https://www.nineteenonpaper.com/.  

We will be starting the 2020 exhibition schedule off with our Annual Directors’ Invitational show. This year I have invited all the Jurors and Curators I have worked with AND those I will be working with in 2020 to exhibit their own work in a large group show. The exhibition will fill all our gallery spaces and I hope you will join us on January 16th for the opening reception… a chance to review the work of the photographers who help create the exhibitions here in Providence and to preview some of the Calls for Entries coming in 2020.
